WILLIAM DALE "BILL" GAINES, M.S. ~ Class of 1965
December 6, 1946 - April 29, 2006

William Dale Gaines, M.S. was born December 6, 1946 and left this life on earth at the age of 59 to be with his Heavenly family on April 29, 2006.

Bill graduated with the Class of 1965 from Richland's Columbia High School.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a Staff Sergeant in the U. S. Army.

Bill is survived by his wife, Sandra J. Gaines; twin brother, Robert D. Gaines ('65), son, Robert W. Gaines; granddaughter, Amber Gaines; daughter, Elizabeth Donly (John), grandchildren: Nicole, Amanda, Scott and Sarah; stepdaughters, Leslie and Amanda; and step-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Jean Gaines; and his older brother, Ron Gaines ('62).

Bill will be forever loved, honored and missed by all those lives he touched.

A memorial service was held at 1pm (1300 hours) on May 8, 2006 at Desert Lawn in Kennewick.
