Gloria Dee Diehl, 31, of 1212 E. Sixth Avenue in Kennewick died Saturday, August 12, 1978 in Moses Lake following an automobile accident.

She was born in Yakima on May 22, 1947 and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1953 where she attended school graduating with the Class of 1965 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Gloria was a receptionist and dental technician for Dr. Campbell.

Survivors include her husband, John Diehl ('65) of Kennewick; daughter, Darcei Renae Diehl of Kennewick; son, John Diel of Kennewick; sisters: Arna Thomas Zook of Richland and Sonia Thomas Youngs of Richland; and her brothers: Gene Thomas of Copper Center, Alaska and John Thomas of Richland.

Services were held at 2pm on Wednesday, August 16, 1978 in Einan's Funeral Home with Dr. Howard King officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
