Shirley Ann Carlisle, 74, of Richland peacefully returned to the arms of her Heavenly Father on October 26, 2021. She was born January 28, 1947 to Jim and Rhoda Carlisle.

Shirley attended Lewis and Clark Grade School, Carmichael Junior High School and graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1965. She attended college at Eastern Washington University.

She was a Pharmacy Tech for many years at Rite Aid and Payless Pharmacy.

Shirley loved to travel, do needlepoint, read romance novels, watch her Hallmark shows and read her Bible.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Rhoda Carlisle.

Shirley is survived by many loving cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Desert Lawn Memorial Park; 1401 S. Union Street; Kennewick, WA 99338.
